The Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series on Monday announced its 2011 schedule, and the calendar is highlighted by returns to Road America and Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. After kicking off its season with the Rolex 24 at Daytona International Speedway as usual Jan. 29-30, the series will return to those two classic road courses in the summer.
For the first time since 2001, the Rolex Series will head to Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wis., on June 25. Grand-Am's visit will run in conjunction with the NASCAR Nationwide Series race. And on July 9, the series will return for its sixth time to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, after skipping the Monterey, Calif., track in 2010.

-- July 24: New Jersey 250, New Jersey Motorsports Park, Millville, N.J.
-- Aug. 13: Crown Royal 200, Watkins Glen International, Watkins Glen, N.Y.
-- Aug. 20: Montreal 200, Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, Montreal, Quebec, Canada
-- Sept. 17: EMCO Gears Classic, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Lexington, Ohio
