Wheelsandmore refines the 2010 Mercedes-Benz SL65

The German tuning company Wheelsandmore has created a modification kit for the Mercedes SL65 AMG. This vehicle already has impressive performance specifications and its range-topping model is equipped with the 6.0 liter V12 biturbo powerplant that has an output of 612 hp and 1001 Nm of torque. Wheelsandmore has tweaked the supercar’s engine and has given it a handmade exhaust system that features special sound control valves and an ECU remap.

The unit is now able to develop 697 hp and a maximum torque of 1,150 Nm. The tuning firm’s press release states specifically that all handmade exhaust systems from Wheelsandmore have remotable valve flaps.

It also gotten rid of the factory electronic speed limiter. The official top speed of the modified SL65 has yet to be revealed but it’s expected to exceed the 186 mph (300 km/h) mark by a big value. The press release further claims that wheelsandmore developed a performance package “to put the roadster up to the next level.”
